Who can sign up?
Healthcare professionals, pharmacies and health stores, health food shops and distributors. We will ask for a document that proves your activity.
Do I need a separate account from my customer account?
No. You use the same sign-in with your email. Once we approve your application, your account shows professional prices and content.
How long does approval take?
We review every application by hand and email you as soon as it is ready.
I have already bought on metofam.com. Will I lose my orders?
No. If you sign up with the same email, you will see your order history in your account.
